Opel Ascona back on the road

It has been a long time since we have started works on technical part of our Ascona. Most of it didn't bring any success. However recently we had a breakthrough.
It took four months and many failures to fix the car so it can run again. We have replaced the sprak plugs and fixed timing gear. But before we had to fix and set up the carburetor which was most time consuming operation. After final tuning the car is back on the road.
There is still plenty of technical work to be done including gaskets and radiator but the interior of the car looks pristine and the paint job makes a good impression too.
